SS Lubricants reflects the Group's capability in product distribution, market development, B2B sales, logistics, and brand building.

Established in 2018, Sunny Motors serves as Sunny Group's dedicated automotive platform, with capabilities spanning vehicle sales, dealership operations, corporate and fleet sales, government and institutional business, defence-sector requirements, and specialized vehicles. Through its experience with major automotive brands and a growing showroom network, Sunny Motors has developed strong market knowledge and customer access across Pakistan, providing a solid foundation for the Group's future EV, mobility, and local-assembly initiatives.

Established in October 2024, Sunny Energy Tech (SET) is Sunny Group's dedicated renewable-energy and new-energy technology platform. The company offers solutions across solar panels, inverters, lithium batteries, ESS/BESS, EPC services, and EV charging infrastructure. With strong early sale growth and an expanding multi-brand portfolio, SET is focused on delivering integrated energy solutions while building the foundation for proprietary energy products, localization, and long-term energy innovation.

VOLTREX is Sunny Group's developing proprietary energy brand, designed to expand the Group from multi-brand distribution toward brand ownership and future localization. Its planned portfolio includes solar inverters, lithium batteries, and energy-storage solutions, with the ambition to build a reliable, scalable energy platform for the Pakistani market. VOLTREX represents Sunny Group's long-term transition from distributor to proprietary energy-brand owner, local assembler, and future manufacturer.

MOBE is Sunny Group's proprietary mobility brand, developed to drive the Group's transition toward electric mobility, local assembly, and future manufacturing. The platform is envisioned to cover electric two-wheelers, passenger EVs, REEVs, urban mobility, and fleet-oriented vehicles. With an EV two-wheeler assembly facility under development and ongoing engagement with international OEM partners, MOBE aims to become a long-term Pakistani mobility brand powered by global technology.

Sunny Impex: Our Beginning

Established in 1992, Sunny Impex laid the commercial foundation of Sunny Group through strong distribution capabilities and market presence. Built on distribution, customer relationships, and market development, the business developed a deep understanding of Pakistan's diverse markets. These capabilities became the foundation for the Group's subsequent expansion into automotive, energy, lubricants, petroleum, and mobility.

Lubricants & Distribution Network

Since 1998, Sunny Group has built extensive lubricant expertise through partnerships with leading international brands including Mobil, Chevron, Castrol, and Valvoline. With its proprietary SS Lubricants brand, the Group has further strengthened its capabilities in brand development, retail distribution, industrial sales, and logistics. Today, the network reaches approximately 10,000 retailers/shopkeepers and 1,500+ factories & industrial customers across Pakistan.

Petroleum & Industrial Supply

Building on its distribution expertise, Sunny Group expanded into petroleum through its association with Attock Petroleum and fuel procurement from PSO. The business serves industrial, corporate, commercial, fleet, and institutional customers, supporting diverse fuel requirements through reliable supply and logistics. Its integrated fuel procurement, logistics, and industrial supply operations enable the Group to serve commercial and industrial customers with reliable and efficient energy solutions.
