1992
Beginning
Sunny Group's commercial journey began in 1992 with Sunny Impex, built on three core strengths: Distribution, Customer Relationships, and Market Development. These capabilities laid the foundation for the Group's expansion across multiple industries.
1998
Lubricants
Since 1998, Sunny Group has built a strong lubricants and petroleum business, working with leading brands including Mobil, Chevron, Castrol, and Valvoline, alongside its proprietary "Sunny Services" with a nationwide retail and industrial customer network. The Group has developed strong capabilities in distribution, fuel procurement, logistics, retail sales, and B2B account management.
2018
Sunny Motors
In 2018, Sunny Group established Sunny Motors, developing a dedicated automotive platform that expanded across vehicle sales, dealership, fleet and corporate sales, and after-sales services. From 2018-2024, its DRS/Royal Automobiles partnership further strengthened its market appetite, with approximately 5,000 vehicles sold and extensive experience in dealership operations and customer management.
2024-26
Present
Sunny Motors expanded its automotive platform through linked networks, Japanese car centers, corporate and fleet sales, government, defense, and specialized vehicle programs. In 2024, Sunny Group further progressed toward local assembly, localization, and future manufacturing in Pakistan. Built on decades of market experience, the Group combines distribution strength, customer assets, innovation, and multi-sector expertise.

Future
Sunny Group has evolved from a distribution-led business into an integrated mobility and energy platform, expanding across automotive, renewable energy, energy storage, and EV charging. Targeting 2,500+ EV chargers and 50 company-operated DC fast-charging sites.
